Our Food

Where do your ingredients come from?

All of our food is responsibly and locally sourced. We work with only the best distributors to ensure high quality ingredients.

Who prepares your food?

We are family owned and operated and everyone on our team has a deep love for the culinary arts. Our meals are prepared in our commercial kitchen located in northern New Jersey.

Your food looks amazing. Is it healthy?

Yes! Our meals feature bold and exciting flavors and nutritional ingredients. Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring! We take the guesswork out of portion control to help you avoid overeating, but leave you feeling satisfied.

How do the meals arrive?

Our meals are never frozen and delivered fresh to your door. Refrigerate or freeze upon receipt.

How long will my food last?

Our meals are made with fresh ingredients and should be eaten within three days if refrigerated. For longer shelf life, please freeze meals immediately. Frozen meals can last up to one month.

We are not responsible for the freshness of the food after three days have passed since delivery.

Where can I find nutritional information?

Our nutritional facts are located in the description box of each meal page. You can also find nutrition information directly on your packaging.

Delivery & PICKUP

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve New York City and Northern and Central New Jersey. To determine your delivery eligibility, just add an item to your cart and enter your ZIP code.

If I place an order, when will I receive it?

Deliveries are made every Wednesday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. You can select your delivery date at checkout. Your order may arrive up to (2) hours before your selected window. Please make arrangements to leave your meals with neighbors, a concierge, or an alternate location if you are unavailable.

Do you have a pickup location?

We do! We offer CURBSIDE pickup at our flagship kitchen in Hackensack, NJ. Select "Pickup" at checkout for details!

Can I have a timeframe for my delivery?

Based on your location, we can give you a delivery time range, but we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered at an exact time. If you are concerned about your delivery, please contact us immediately so we can try to make arrangements.

Can I choose a delivery time?

At this time, exact delivery time slots are not an option. You can pick up your meals for the most flexibility.

Can my delivery be left outdoors?

Yes! Leave a note at checkout or let your driver know when they contact you. You can also purchase a reusable cooler bag to keep your meals cool for up to two hours.

If our drivers contact you, and we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to make a judgment call on how to proceed with the delivery.

Depending on the circumstances, we may opt to leave the delivery in a safe location either inside your building or outside of your home. In this case, we'll shoot you over a photo and we ask that your recieve your meals as soon as possible.

It is also possible that we route the delivery back to our facility and you will be responsible to pickup you're meals on our next business day.

IMPORTANT: If you opt to have your food left outdoors or with neighbors, or we make the judgement call based on non-contact, we will not be held responsible for spoilage or theft.​

How do I place an order?

When is the deadline to place an order?

We deliver Sunday-Wednesday.

Our Deadline to Place an order is as follows;

The deadline to place an order to receive meals by Tuesday is Monday at 11 am.(deadlines may close early)

The deadline to place an order to receive meals by Wednesday is Tuesday at 11 am. (deadlines may close early)

The deadline to place an order to receive meals Sunday is Saturday at 11 am. (deadlines may close early)

Deadlines are subject to change in cases of high demand. We recommend placing your order earlier in the week to guarantee your desired delivery date.

Does your menu change?

Yes! Our menu changes every Sunday for the following week. While some items are menu staples, you can expect to see new items every week.

I want to order a package. How do I know what is included?

You don't! Our Toni Choice packages are for clients with little to no food restrictions who love to be surprised. If you want to customize your meal plan, please order your meals individually.

OTHER INFORMATION

How do I return my order or get a refund?

We are unable to accept returns because our items are perishable. If you are unhappy with your meals or service for any reason, please contact us right away. Client satisfaction is our top priority and we will make it right. If circumstances make it impossible for us to do so, we will refund your payment.

My meal said it would come with broccoli, but I received green beans. Why?

Meal components are subject to change without notice because we use 100% all-natural and fresh ingredients. If a meal or ingredient is unavailable, we reserve the right to reconstruct dishes.

How can I earn & redeem points for my purchases?

In order to begin earning points through our reward program, you must be a site member and enroll in Toni's Treats. Click the gift box at the bottom left hand corner to get started!

Do you offer discounts on group orders?

What food & safety protocols do you practice to ensure safety?

We take food safety very seriously. Each member of our kitchen staff is food handler certified. We follow safety protocols in every aspect of our operation. The safety and well being of our clients has and will always be our top priority. We are a family owned business you can trust.

What should I do with all of the plastic containers I’ve accumulated?

We encourage our clients to reuse and recycle our meal-prep containers. Our containers are dishwasher safe and made with recycled plastic.
